OpeMed Hoist Solutions for Hydrotherapy Suite
The OT200 Ceiling Hoist is an ideal solution that when used in conjunction with our range of hydrotherapy slings providing a fully supportive hydrotherapy system for patients to depend upon. The hoist will bear the weight of the user and allow therapists to gradually introduce the water to the user.
We were delighted to be asked to install our X/Y Ceiling Hoist system, that was specified for the hydrotherapy pool at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Lai Chi Kok District, Kowloon.
An X/Y (H) system was chosen to cover the whole pool to allow multiple exercises and easy access in and out of the pool using either a sling attachment or a chair, enhancing a system already under regular use for paediatric and adult hydrotherapy sessions.
We install Ceiling Hoists into many environments, from Schools to Nursing Homes to Physiotherapy Centres. Each installation is carefully designed and installed to ensure the best solution for the transfer and care needs of the users within the given environment.
